The Witteborg Home is located in Historic Chappell Hill, Texas and is one of the oldest homes in the town. Originally built by Casper Witteborg in 1853, this home was carefully restored by the Moore family and has been well cared for since. Casper Witteborg is one of Texas' earliest craftsman, known for his cabinets and furniture, and his pieces are in many Texas antique collections.
The 1,888 2/1.5 home is located on Main Street in Chappell Hill, and includes original antique pine flooring, two fireplaces, an expansive primary bedroom with a huge ensuite bath complete with clawfoot tub, and much more. The unique design is a great set up for either a weekend property or full time living.
Also included is a 452 square foot guest home with a large bedroom, expansive closet, kitchenette, and a large bathroom.
